Some pages show game icons loaded from wow.zamimg.com (Wowhead's image server): your browser then sends your IP address to this server, which sets no cookie.

Lordaeron is an unofficial private server of the game World of Warcraft (version 3.3.5a). Creating an account and playing are free.

The site offers the optional purchase of Soul Shards, a virtual currency exchanged for in-game items and services, under the Terms of Sale. Use of the site and the game is governed by the Terms of Use and restricted to people aged 13 and over.

World of Warcraft, Warcraft and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in the U.S. and other countries. The universe, names, characters, images, icons and content of the game World of Warcraft belong to Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

Lordaeron is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, nor endorsed, sponsored or supported by Blizzard Entertainment. The images from Blizzard Entertainment's press kits and the game icons shown on the site remain the property of their owners.

The texts, layout, code and original creations of the site and the server (Lordaeron's own content and settings) belong to the publisher. Reproducing them without permission is prohibited.

Any rights holder who believes that content on the site infringes their rights can request its removal through the contact means given in section 1, stating the content concerned, where it appears on the site and the rights invoked. Requests are handled without delay.

The publisher processes personal data to run the accounts, the game, the shop and the e-mails, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. The processing, its purposes, recipients and retention periods are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, which you exercise through the contact means given in section 1. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

The site also keeps a few preferences in your browser's local storage (information banner closed, shop filters, vote panel folded): they stay on your device.

The site uses no advertising, audience measurement or tracking cookie, and no third-party cookie. Payment takes place on Stripe's secure page, under its own policy.

In accordance with the French Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN) and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), any manifestly illegal content on the site or in the game (character or guild name, message, image) can be reported to the publisher: in game through a ticket to the game masters, or on the official Discord.

State the date, the content concerned and where it is (page address, realm, character name), and why you consider it illegal. The publisher reviews every report and promptly removes any illegal content.

The publisher takes care that the information published is accurate and the service available, without being able to guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions: the site and the game servers may be interrupted for maintenance or after an incident.

Links to third-party sites (Discord, voting sites, Stripe…) are provided for your convenience. The publisher is responsible neither for their content nor for their practices.

This legal notice is governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first: send your complaint to the publisher through the contact means given in section 1. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the rules protecting consumers, who may in particular bring the matter before the court of their place of residence.
